At Muno House, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- The product must include its original packaging, accessories and instructions.
- You must provide your order number or another form of proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at support@munohouse.com. Please do not return an item before receiving approval and the correct return address.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within the 30-day return period.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Muno House cannot be responsible for a change-of-mind return that is lost before reaching the nominated return address.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product is damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@munohouse.com as soon as possible. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the problem
- A photograph of the packaging and shipping label, where relevant
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Muno House will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required because a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Non-returnable products
Unless faulty or otherwise protected under applicable consumer law, the following products cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Opened or used personal care, hygiene or intimate products
- Perishable products
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified before purchase
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear
Return address
Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original parcel.
Some products are shipped by our international fulfilment partners, so the correct return location may vary. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address may not be received or processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@munohouse.com.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately.
We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, does not match its description or is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of whether the standard 30-day return period has passed.
