Thank you for shopping with Muno House. We work with trusted international suppliers and fulfilment partners to offer a carefully selected range of products at accessible prices. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas, including suppliers located in China.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

During busy periods, product launches, sales or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times

Our estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • New Zealand: 7 to 20 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 7 to 20 business days after dispatch
  • United States, Canada and the United Kingdom: 7 to 25 business days after dispatch
  • Other international destinations: 10 to 30 business days after dispatch

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, severe weather, courier disruptions, public holidays and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Products shipped from overseas

Some Muno House products are stored and dispatched by international fulfilment partners. Your order may therefore:

  • Be shipped from China or another overseas location
  • Arrive in packaging supplied by our fulfilment partner
  • Take longer than a locally stocked product
  • Be delivered in more than one parcel

Ordering multiple products may result in separate packages arriving on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we divide an order into separate shipments.

Tracking information

Tracking information may take 3 to 7 business days to show updates after dispatch. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

International tracking may update less frequently while a parcel is travelling between countries.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@munohouse.com.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, we may ask you to cover the reasonable cost of reshipping it. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Customs charges and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout, they are generally the customer’s responsibility. Muno House does not control customs decisions or processing times.

For orders entering New Zealand, Customs rules may depend on the value and nature of the shipment. You can find current information through the New Zealand Customs Service.

Delayed orders

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed order.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, contact us at [customer service email] with your order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier or fulfilment partner.

If goods are not delivered within the promised or a reasonable timeframe, you may have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable consumer laws.

Lost, stolen or delivered parcels

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask other members of your household.
  3. Check with neighbours, reception areas or building management.
  4. Contact the courier responsible for delivery.
  5. Contact us if the parcel remains missing.

We will assist with reasonable investigations. Whether a replacement or refund is available will depend on the circumstances and your rights under applicable law.
